Summer School

A student who has failed a course that is a graduation requirement may make up that class in summer school without department approval.

When a student wishes to earn credits in summer school to fulfill English, Science, Social Studies, and Mathematics graduation requirements, but these credits do not involve courses that were failed during the school year, permission must be obtained from the appropriate department and Academic Dean.

When a student has failed the Christian Life course, this course is to be made up at Lutheran High School during the beginning of summer vacation at a cost of $150.

Lutheran High School of Hawaii Summer Session will run from Monday, June 4, 2012 through Friday, July 13, 2012.  The following sessions will be offered; Credited Classes: Geometry, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Algebra 3/Trig Basic Art, Keyboarding and SAT Prep Course.  Non Credit Classes: Summer Sports Program and Welcome to Lutheran High School of Hawaii.
